How to reduce belly fat quickly

Want to reduce belly fat quickly by doing no exercises.... Yes!!  you read it right.

I will share my personal recommended  method for you today. 


Here are the some tips to reduce your belly fat with no exercises !!!


  • Improve protein content in your diet instead of taking carbo-hydrates (eg: Rice , Wheat..etc)
  • Rich proteins diet like, Fish, Eggs, Beans, Chickpeas (contains fiber)
  • Take plenty of liquids in any form of SOUPS, WATER, JUICES, FRUITS
  • Replace TEA/ COFFEE with GREEN Tea, which is rich in anti-oxidants which play the vital part in burning of those extra fats  (Note : No sugar is added while having green tea)
  • Refine oil can be replaced with OLIVE Oil which will be cut-down the belly fat and boost the good cholesterol.
  • Increase in taking Orange and Green colored veggies and fruits, which also makes your skin glow and healthy
  • Almonds and Walnuts is very important to add in diet chart, which contains OMEGA 3 Fatty acids.
  • One plain banana is always good and healthy (Do not take the complete ripe banana)

Finally, you need to keep a check on body weight at regular intervals and consulting your Doctor before you starting a diet is always suggested

Remember !! anything in excess is always poison , stay control and be happy!!
